Ultrads considers it essential to provide an equal, respectful and accessible service to all of its customers, including people with disabilities. We believe the internet should be available to everyone, and we invest real resources in accessibility work so that anyone can use the services on this site independently.
Accessibility adjustments have been made in line with the recommendations of the Israeli standard (IS 5568) at level AA, and with the international WCAG 2.1 document. As an Israeli company, Ultrads is also subject to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and its regulations, including the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Testing was carried out for highest compatibility with the Chrome and Edge browsers.
We have made a broad range of technical adjustments to support comfortable browsing:
Keyboard navigation. Full support for using the keyboard alone, including arrow keys, Enter to activate and Esc to exit.
Semantic structure. The site supports assistive technologies such as screen readers, with alternative text for images.
Accessibility menu. The site carries an accessibility widget that lets each visitor adjust things for themselves: increasing and decreasing font size; changing contrast and adapting for colour blindness; stopping animations and flashing; and emphasising links and headings.
AI content creation. The ad creation interface and the dashboard have been adapted for accessible use as far as possible, including the subscription purchase flow.
Despite our efforts to make every page accessible, some parts or content may not yet be fully accessible — for example older videos, external PDF files or specific design templates.
What we do about it. If you encounter difficulty with the accessibility of particular content, we undertake to provide you with the information in an accessible format (Word, an accessible PDF, or read aloud) within a reasonable time of your request.
We continue working to improve the site's accessibility as part of our commitment to equality. If you have run into a problem or a fault, or you have a suggestion, we would like to hear from you: [email protected].
Response times. Critical accessibility enquiries are handled within 72 hours. General enquiries and requests for accessible formats are handled within 3-5 business days.
This accessibility statement was updated in April 2026. We review and update the statement and the site's accessibility performance on an ongoing basis, at least once a year.
